Job Title: On-Call Office Assistant Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $17.50/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Start Date: ASAP

This is an on-call position, where you may be notified of a need of assistance at a moment's notice.

We are seeking an On-Call Office Assistant for a Temp-Hire position with our client, a manufacturer of a variety of wood products including (but not limited to) laminate panels, plywood, shelving, particleboard, fiberboard, wood siding, wood chips, and more, located in Springfield, Oregon.
This is a great opportunity to acquire experience and skills in a professional working environment.
There is potential to move into a full-time position in the future for the right candidate.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Data Entry
• Filing
• Answering Phones
• Typing
• Reviewing Insurance
• Reviewing Files and Leases
• Stocking
• Training in other areas of the office

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High Energy
• Team player
• Maneuver - 25+lbs
• Reliable
• Great Customer Service
• Must be available on short notice
• This is a part-time, on-call position
