Job Title: Packager 3rd Shift
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00PM - 6:30AM (must be willing to work any day of the week)
Start Date: ASAP
Looking for a steady overnight position with a reputable local employer? Join a leading food manufacturer that produces granola, cereal, and flakes as a Packager in Eugene, Oregon, and be part of a team dedicated to quality, safety, and reliability.
As a Packager, you'll play an important role in preparing products for shipment, ensuring each item is accurately packed, labeled, and ready for distribution. You'll help maintain production flow and uphold the company's high standards for packaging and food safety.
What You'll Do
As a Packager, you will be responsible for:
- Repacking boxes and bags of product for mixed-case shipments
- Placing bags or boxes of cereal into shipping cartons
- Counting and verifying the correct number of units per case
- Stacking boxes and pallets for transport
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout your shift
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Ability to lift 35-50 lbs continuously throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Willingness to work a consistent overnight schedule
- Reliability and teamwork mindset in a fast-paced production setting
- Stable, full-time opportunity with a well-known local food manufacturer
