Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with operating standards and providing training and support to staff.
- Interpret management objectives, develop plans and policies to achieve them, and monitor effectiveness.
- Monitor financial aspects, including preparation of monthly forecasting and cost control.
- Maintain safety as a core value by promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, customers, and other external sources relevant to branch's strategic goals.
- Select, train, appraise, and develop personnel to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Provide input on new product lines to improve customer service and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding health, safety, environmental, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability and strong communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate standards and expectations.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred but not required).
- Academic background: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum two years of management experience (preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license.
