Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with operating standards and providing training and support to staff.
• Interpret management objectives, develop plans and policies to achieve them, and monitor effectiveness.
• Monitor financial aspects, including preparation of monthly forecasting and cost control.
• Maintain safety as a core value by promoting a culture of safety throughout the organization.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers, customers, and other external sources relevant to branch's strategic goals.
• Select, train, appraise, and develop personnel to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Provide input on new product lines to improve customer service and increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding health, safety, environmental, and disposal of hazardous materials.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate standards and expectations.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred but not required).
• Academic background: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum two years of management experience (preferred but not required).
• Valid driver's license.
