Maximus is currently hiring an Enrollment and Eligibility Supervisor to support the Missouri Surge team. This is a remote opportunity to US residents only. This team will help support Medicaid enrollment and eligibility determination. The Enrollment and Eligibility Supervisor is responsible for assisting with managing team activities, escalations, analyzing trends, and ensure escalations are addressed to full project resolution. Each Supervisor may support a team size of 5-20 Eligibility Specialists. The position requires colleagues to provide their own Desktop or laptop to access our network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing constructive feedback and guidance to achieve and surpass individual performance objectives.
- Conduct regular monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team.
- Stay updated on all data entry programs, systems, performance requirements, and Corporate/Project policies and procedures.
- Aid HSDE Administrators in data entry completion and manage escalated tasks effectively.
- Assist in conducting HSDE training sessions, ensuring team competence.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance metrics standards.
- Assess training needs, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training departments to implement effective training initiatives.
- Report personnel-related issues to Human Resources and escalate anticipated problems proactively.
- Review and provide feedback on HSDE documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with established safety standards.
- Remain stationary for prolonged periods, occasionally lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds, within an office environment.
- Fulfill other assigned duties by Management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of call center experience required.
- 2 years of Medicaid policy and program experience required.
- 2 years of call center supervisor or management experience required.
- 2 years of management experience supporting a remote team preferred.
- Previous enrollment or eligibility experience preferred.
- Must be able and willing to work 8:00am-5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday.
Home Office Requirements:
- Desktop or Laptop that runs Windows, Mac, or Linux (no Chromebooks or tablets).
- OS for Windows - Current release of Windows 10 or newer
- OS for Mac - Big Sur (11.0.1+); MacOS (10.14) or newer
- OS for Linux - Ubuntu (18.04)
- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or RJ-45 connection for wired network connection to home router (no mobile hotspots).
- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).
- USB plug and play wired headset with a microphone (no Bluetooth, AirPods or wireless gaming headsets).
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
