WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Payroll Professional, you will manage and process multi-state payroll on a semi-monthly basis, taking ownership of gathering and verifying data, running payroll, and ensuring payments are remitted correctly for both hourly and salaried team members. You will regularly collaborate with managers, members, and fellow payroll staff to review timecards, update position changes, and confirm all payroll elements are completed without error. You will also be responsible for processing garnishments and commissions, assisting with internal and external audits, and reconciling payroll accounts to the general ledger to maintain accurate financial records.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 5 or more years of payroll experience.
  • Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent work experience, Certified Payroll Professional designation, and accounting background are preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to learn/understand processes and complete them with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Experience with UKG/Workforce Management preferred.
  • Prevailing wage-certified payroll processing is a plus.
Compensation: $24+/hr (Depending on Experience)
