The technical success of your contributions will be defined in terms of control-plane messaging throughput, control-plane latency, platform robustness, conformance to industry-defined interfaces, ability to deploy and host variety of in-house and 3rd-party control applications and resource utilization of the platform in terms of compute, memory and network bandwidth.+ Within 30 days of joining, you will be expected to ramp up on the system architecture and high-level design details of the platform components. You will be expected to deliver a few simple bug fixes or small features to gain familiarity with the development process.+ Within 90 days, you will be expected to design, implement and test more complex features. You will be expected to code in both C and C++, so strong experience in C/C++ is required.+ Within 180 days, you will be expected to gain a more complete understanding of the end-to-end system. You should be able to work with leads of different components to design and implement features that require coordination across the broader team. You will be able to troubleshoot issues reported by customers and improve the usability of the product.+ Within 360 days, you will be expected to independently design and develop complex features and collaborate with various team members as needed.
