What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a Director of Product to lead the development of the next generation of products and capabilities within Pesado's AI platform.
Someone who's shipped AI products that feel magical and create value for users. You'll own the product vision and execution for our genAI platform that combines finserv-grade compliance automation, creative performance optimization and content generation into a simple, empowering experience for marketers and compliance teams.
What You'll Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Persado's self-service platform, expanding the agentic experience that helps marketers generate, analyze, optimize, and launch creative that is performant and compliant.
- Build for simplicity and scale: design workflows that make complex compliance and performance processes effortless.
- Stay ahead of the curve: closely monitor the market and developments in the AI space and bring insights from the AI SaaS world into Persado's product DNA.
- Integrate seamlessly into customer workflows: ensure our AI solution fits naturally into banks' and fintechs' existing processes, including project management tools, CMS/DAM platforms, and design platforms like Figma via plugins.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, AI/ML, design, and linguistic scientists to innovate and bring powerful ideas to life quickly.
- Drive product growth through activation, adoption, and product-led expansion.
- Mentor and grow a small team of PMs as the product scales globally.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product management, including 2+ in a senior leadership role.
- Experience building and scaling AI-first SaaS products (ideally B2B or enterprise-grade).
- Proven success creating self-service, product-led user experiences that automate processes and/or drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with language models, agentic experiences and at least one of : marketing tech, reg tech
- Curiosity and taste: a product sense for what “feels right” to users, and a technical grasp of what's possible with LLMs and agents.
- Solid understanding and experience in designing solutions with LLMs, AI agents, MCP server, RAG, vector databases and embeddings
- Comfort operating in fast, startup-style environments - shipping, learning, and iterating quickly.
- Experience with AI design and Vibe coding tools to quickly prototype and share concepts with the broader team (Lovable, Figma make, Copilot etc)
- AI Value Proposition Design – demonstrated ability to define how AI changes the product's core workflow or creates net-new user capabilities.
- STEM degree, engineering experience are preferred
