Job Title: Processing Extruder Operator
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00PM - 6:30AM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Processing Extruder Operator, you'll play a key role in ingredient preparation, extrusion, and production line operation, ensuring clean, accurate, and efficient processing throughout your shift. You'll work closely with production leads and team members, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop the skills needed to move into a supervisory role.

What You'll Do
As a Processing Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Moving and lifting 50 lb bags of ingredients and emptying them into mixing bins
  
• Mixing ingredients according to written instructions and batch requirements
  
• Reading and following production instructions accurately
  
• Bagging cereal as it comes off the processing machines
  
• Performing line sanitation and cleanup after production runs
  
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
  
• Supporting team communication and assisting leads as needed-ideal for those motivated to grow into leadership

What You'll Bring

• Basic computer skills for production tracking
  
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
