Assist in directing and supervising all functions, duties and activities for the Front?end department. Support the day?to?day functions of the Front?end operations. Responsible for assisting with the execution of best practices, goals and Front?end standards established for the department. Responsibilities

  • Create outstanding customer service experience.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Assist department manager with sales and profit goals.
  • Monitor quality assurance standards.
  • Supervise Front?end department functions.
  • Support day?to?day Front?end operations.
  • Execute best practices and department standards.
  • Promote Customer 1st strategy and core values.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and provide suggestions.
  • Manage cash control, sales, and records.
  • Oversee scheduling of Front?end associates.
  • Prepare budgets and review financial reports.
  • Support department action plans to achieve results.
  • Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain temperatures.
  • Implement safety programs and notify management of incidents.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Retail or Customer Service experience.

  • Stay current with seasonal and special ads.
  • Adhere to all food safety and company regulations.
  • Maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers.
  • Reinforce safety programs and notify management of unsafe conditions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections.
  • Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
  • Report safety risks, theft, fraud, etc.
  • Adhere to applicable laws and company guidelines.
  • Perform essential functions with reasonable accommodation.
