Classfiication: Maintenance Worker 1 The Maintenance Worker 1/2 performs a wide variety of entry-level building maintenance and ground maintenance including: mowing both rough and finished lawn; horticulture, weed control, and tree pruning; construction, small through large-sized equipment operation, and may train on some heavy construction equipment; tank cleaning and industrial painting as related to the regional wastewater treatment facilities; works at various Wastewater Division locations independently and within a team setting.
