Location: Onsite – Eugene, OR

Contract Duration: 2 months

Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour

Hours: M-F, Full-Time


About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Board of Directors responsible for managing fundraising efforts for our client based in Eugene, OR. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience in calendar management and event coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for board members, including scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist with planning and execution of fundraising events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between board members and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • Experience working in a Healthcare setting is a big plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
