Primary - Platform and infrastructure Support. Secondary Application Support.

Extensive production support experience in Platform, Infrastructure & Application Support. Ability to troubleshoot and handle Severity1 or Severity2 incidents.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting Continuously monitor TIBCO services (BW, EMS, RV, etc.) for performance and availability. Diagnose and resolve issues related to service failures, latency, or integration errors. Environment Management Maintain and support multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod). Ensure proper configuration, patching, and version control across environments. Log Analysis and Incident Response Analyse logs to identify root causes of failures or performance bottlenecks. Respond to incidents and provide timely resolutions or escalations. TIBCO Product Installation and Configuration Install TIBCO components like Business Works, EMS, Hawk, Administrator, etc. Configure domains, services, and adapters based on project requirements. Middleware Servers Set up Pre-Migration Assessment Audit existing Solaris environment: TIBCO versions (BW, EMS, RV, Hawk), configurations, dependencies.

Identify OS-specific scripts, paths, and services that need adaptation. Confirm Linux compatibility for all TIBCO components and third-party integrations. Linux Environment Preparation Provision Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu depending on enterprise standards). Install required packages: Java (JDK), system libraries, and user permissions. Configure network settings, firewall rules, and shared directories. TIBCO Installation on Linux Install TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA), Business Works, EMS, RV, Hawk, etc. using TIBCO installers. Set environment variables (TIBCO_HOME, JAVA_HOME, etc.) and configure domain folders. Validate installation using sample projects or test services. Migration of Projects & Configurations Copy .ear, .par, .xml, and configuration files from Solaris to Linux. Update scripts and paths to match Linux conventions Reconfigure domain settings, adapters, and service parameters as needed. Validation & Cutover Perform smoke testing, service validation, and performance benchmarking. Monitor logs and system metrics to ensure stability. Plan cutover with rollback strategy in case of issues. Set up and Upgrade CI/CD CI/CD Setup for TIBCO with Azure DevOps. Set up deployment pipelines and integrate TIBCO with other enterprise systems. Validate installations through smoke testing and ensure readiness for development teams.
