" Vendors are requested to submit candidates with full legal name (first and last name), or it will be rejected
" Submissions that are missing the matrix will be rejected
" Submissions that are missing the resume will be rejected
" Submissions that are missing the minimum amount of References request will be rejected (min. of 2 on this SOW)
" Submissions that are missing the completed Conflict of Interest form will be rejected
