Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)

• Answer calls promptly, staying upbeat and professional.
• Transfer calls accurately to the appropriate teammate or department.
• Keep the phone system running smoothly and handle on-hold calls efficiently.
• Greet visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk area.

Receptionist Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Handle sensitive information with discretion
• Effective communication and presentation across all levels
• Proficient in MS Office
• Deliver customer-focused solutions and adapt as needed
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; college a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
