We are searching for a dynamic data entry specialist to join ouradministrative team. You will be responsible for entering customerinformation into our electronic storage system, updating current entriesand appropriately organizing hard copies of information in thiscapacity.

To be a successful data entry specialist, you must have excellentorganizational abilities and experience dealing with a range ofdatabases. Finally, a top-tier data entry professional should have akeen eye for detail and extensive knowledge of data administration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data collection and digitization of invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements.
  • Maintaining a precise and orderly storage system to ensure complete and accurate data entry.
  • Keeping paper copies of invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial documentation.
  • Creating data entry standards by constantly updating filing systems in order to increase data quality.
  • Working with administrative employees to discover missing data to address data inconsistencies.
  • Responding to data queries and informing management of any substantial data mistakes.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency while adhering to optimal data management practices.

Requirements include:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • At least one year of experience as a data entry professional is required.
  • Knowledge of data input tools such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management is required.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, a great eye for detail, and theability to detect faults with accuracy and efficiency are required.
  • Good communication skills and the capacity to communicate with colleagues are required.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are required.
  • Excellent typing abilities and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite are required.
