Client Summary:

  • Partners with healthcare providers to close care gaps, reduce readmissions, and improve outcomes.
  • Focuses on high-risk and Medicare populations with conditions like diabetes, heart failure, and COPD.
  • Values patient experience, teamwork, and innovation while scaling nationwide services.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, closing, account management)
  • Develop and execute outbound and referral-based lead generation strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners
  • Oversee or directly manage marketing content, conference/event presence, and referral programs
  • Create and optimize sales playbooks, reporting, and CRM workflows
  • Collaborate with CEO and product/clinical teams on go-to-market and product-market fit
  • Prepare for scale by hiring and mentoring additional commercial team members as growth milestones are hit
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare services
  • Proven track record of B2B sales to healthcare providers, payers, or risk-bearing entities
  • Experience building and scaling sales processes in early-stage, high-growth environments
  • Deep network in target customer segments (senior care, value-based care, FQHCs, etc.)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven, with experience in CRM management and KPI tracking
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, cross-functional team
  • Startup mentality: resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented
