Your role as a Guest Services Specialist will involve:

• Welcoming: Greet every guest with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere.
• Managing Wait Times: Accurately quote wait times and efficiently manage reservations.
• Enhancing Experiences: Provide personalized touches to ensure guests have special experiences.
• Seamless Seating: Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Farewell: Offer a warm goodbye and invite them to return.
• Team Focus: Make decisions that prioritize the guest experience and support your team.

What it takes to succeed:

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying in.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds.
• Capable of moving around the restaurant and standing for shifts of 8 - 12 hours.
• A team player with keen attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
