Job Title: Mill Laborer
Pay: $19.50/hour with an attendance bonus of $1.50/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

In this dynamic position, you'll thrive in a fast-paced sawmill environment, pulling, stacking, and grading green lumber while upholding safety and production standards.
What You'll Do:
As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Pulling, sorting, and stacking lumber from the chain (up to 26 ft boards)
- Visually inspecting lumber for defects to meet quality standards
- Maintaining a steady production pace to optimize workflow
- Assisting with various general mill labor tasks as needed
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience working in a heavy labor role
- Strong ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Capability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation to commute to work
