Server

The Server's Main objective is to provide excellent service to every guest. The server will accomplish this by taking food & drink orders and delivering meals to the table, This position requires a commitment to excellence for every guest experience, as well as a positive attitude. The server will Engage appropriate company directionality by ensuring meals are correct and guest experiences are held to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Fill out & preform daily FOH opening duties checklist, when applicable
• Greet customers and present menus
• Take drink and food orders
• Make recommendations based upon your own menu knowledge
• Provide quality customer service
• Communicate missing items or misfires with the kitchen
• Adhere to health department rules and regulations, upholding a cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Collect payment and deliver bills when appropriate
• Ensure server stations are stocked
• Roll silverware
• Clean and sanitize tables

• 3-5 years of serving experience in an upscale setting
• Wine and liquor knowledge
• Strong organizational skill
• Multi-tasking and communication skills
• Ability to handle and count money accurately
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Food handler's card
• OLCC
• Reliable transportation
• Current driver's license & clean driving record
• ServSafe certification strongly encouraged
