Parts Delivery/Warehouse Associate

Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate mining and supply industry since 1946, is actively recruiting for the position of delivery driver and warehouse associate in our Eugene, OR location. Kimball Equipment Company is a successful dealer for brands such as Terex Cedarapids, Terex Finlay, and Superior Industries. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone motivated to grow with us!

Responsibilities:

• Loading/unloading trucks & trailers
• Pre/post trip inspections of company delivery vehicles
• Unloading shipping containers
• Delivering parts to customer job sites, including towing a trailer as needed
• Picking and packing parts
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of shop, yard, and delivery vehicles
• Shipping and receiving parts and equipment
• Preparation of conveyor belt orders
• Safely operate forklifts of various sizes and capacities
• Communicate with customers at construction sites (verbal, CB, phone)
• Comply to construction site safety standards (MSHA, OSHA, customer rules & regulations)
• Safely operate overhead shop crane, belt winder, band saw, specialized tools
• Communicate safety and maintenance issues promptly to Manager

• Knowledge of warehouse organization & function
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn on the job, attend internal & external training
• Operation of proper tools, including a forklift
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Experience in towing a trailer and securing load
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Picking & packing methods
• Current driver license
• Clean driving record
• Flexibility to adjust work schedule occasionally on an emergency basis to support customer breakdowns
