Job Title: Fireplace Installer Helper
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, DOE
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Looking for a hands-on role in a growing company? Join a local family-owned fireplace and piping company that services all major fireplace and heating brands in Springfield, Oregon, as a Fireplace Installer Helper and make an impact every day.
As a Fireplace Installer Helper, you'll play an essential role in the service and construction work for new and existing fireplaces, inserts, and piping. You will work closely with experienced technicians to deliver quality installations and service that keep our customers warm and satisfied.
What You'll Do:
As a Fireplace Installer Helper, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the installer technician with heavy lifting of appliances and materials.
- Supporting the installation of gas and wood-burning hearth appliances, including retrofitting existing fireplaces and adding new options to homes.
- Using power and hand tools effectively and safely.
- Assisting in the installation of metal fireplace vent materials.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle and job site for optimal efficiency and safety.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A valid Driver's license with no major violations in the past two years.
- The ability to read and utilize a tape measure accurately.
- Physical capability to push/pull up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- The flexibility to bend, stoop, twist, and crouch throughout the workday.
- Commitment to leaving personal cell phones in the work truck during job site hours.
- Flexible schedule with Tuesday-Saturday hours.
