The recognized leading manufacturer of application tooling for the aircraft, aerospace, and high reliability electronics industries, with experience that spans eight decades is looking for a National Account Executive for their Southwest - TX, OK, NM, KS NE - and their Southeast - AR,LA, MS, AL, TN, GA, NC, SC - Territories. Their products have been used on virtually every Defense System, Aircraft Program, Land or Sea. This organization has over 200 employees and is growing. These tools are very niche for the aerospace and defense industry. This is company with a lot of Veteran Leadership and 90% of their Senior Leadership is prior Military. This is an awesome opportunity for Consultative Sales with an already established book of Business with well-known clients.

Job Summary:

Provide exceptional service to company's strategic customers in Region and surrounding states. The National Account Executive (NAE) will develop customer relationships, listen to customer needs, provide technical solutions, and educate them on the value of company tools in the marketplace. The NAE will assist in supporting in-territory training and tradeshows nationally as necessary.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Develop into a subject matter expert on company tooling

2. Establish and maintain exceptional relationships with strategic customers and industry stakeholders

3. Provide technical support and solutions to customers

4. Deliver on-site or remote product demonstrations and training

5. Prepare and present powerful and persuasive sales presentations that effectively promote company products

6. Contribute to the development and execution of the company's Business Development Strategy to ensure consistent revenue growth

7. Leverage innovative ways to capture market intelligence and communicate it to management

8. Develop and execute an annual territory growth plan

Compensation for this role is guarantee salary of $120K-140K with elegibility for a performance bonus.
