Job Title: Shipper Packager
Pay: $17.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Looking for a hands-on role in a growing company? Join a dynamic fabrication shop specializing in manufacturing steel parts for the gaming industry in Eugene, OR, and make an impact every day. As a Shipper Packager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and precision of fabricated parts, contributing to the overall success of our projects. You'll work closely with the fabrication team to enhance operational efficiency and uphold our commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do:
As a Shipper Packager, you will be responsible for:
- Completing all required internal and external paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Reporting problems or situations to the department Lead or Supervisor as they arise.
- Communicating effectively with engineers, expeditors, managers, office staff, and team members.
- Setting a good example for colleagues and maintaining a quality-focused work environment.
- Inspecting all manufactured parts for quality and efficient production methods while reporting inconsistencies to the Department Supervisor promptly.
- Packaging and shipping parts efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively to ensure timely delivery in good condition.
- Maintaining accurate counts and paperwork in accordance with company protocols.
- Abiding by the Employee Handbook, including exhibiting regular attendance and working collaboratively with the team.
