What You'll Do:
As a Food Production Support Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Palletizing and moving products efficiently using pallet jacks to ensure timely shipping.
- Supporting production line activities to maintain optimal efficiency and uphold product quality standards.
- Case packing finished products and building pallets with accuracy and care.
- Following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and strict food safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout your shift to promote safety and efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- The ability to stand comfortably for 8+ hours on concrete floors.
- The physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedicated focus on food safety.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, production environment.
