Job Title: Vinyl Graphics Installer
Pay: $16 - $25 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Some evening/weekend OT as needed)

Looking for a hands-on, creative role in large-format printing and vehicle graphics? Join a dynamic custom graphics and fabrication shop specializing in signage, vehicle wraps, lettering, and industrial fabrication. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a detail-oriented, production-driven environment and takes pride in seeing projects come to life from concept to installation.
As a Vinyl Graphics Installer, you'll collaborate with production and design teams to prepare artwork, operate printing equipment, and expertly install graphics on vehicles and various substrates with precision and professionalism.
What You'll Do:
As a Vinyl Graphics Installer, you will be responsible for:
- Applying vinyl graphics to vehicles and other surfaces with caution and accuracy
- Setting up and preparing artwork files for production using Adobe Illustrator
- Taking precise measurements to ensure flawless installations
- Operating and maintaining print shop equipment, including solvent, latex, and direct print systems
- Calculating material usage, dimensional ratios, and percentages for efficient production
- Managing inventory by ordering and tracking incoming materials
- Inspecting color accuracy and ensuring high-quality output standards
- Keeping a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Performing tasks independently with minimal supervision
What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of vinyl installation experience (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator
- Experience preparing print-ready files for production
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications: - Associate Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with solvent, latex, or direct printing systems
- Strong understanding of large-format production workflows

Location & Schedule:
