Job Title: Receptionist - Urgently Hiring!
Pay: $18 - $19/hour
Hours: Part-time, Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (some flexibility may be available)

As a Receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting vital administrative functions, especially during the busy tax season.
What You'll Do:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude, setting a welcoming tone for the office.
- Answering and routing incoming calls; taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Managing client check-ins and assisting with appointments and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparing, scanning, and organizing confidential tax documents with utmost attention to detail.
- Assisting firm staff with various administrative tasks as assigned to support overall team efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior experience in reception or office administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage high workloads during the busy tax season.
- A professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive documents appropriately.
- Enjoy part-time hours that support an excellent work-life balance.
