Job Title: Packager 3rd Shift
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00PM - 6:30 AM (willingness to work any day of the week required)

As a Packager, you'll play a key role in preparing products for shipment by accurately packing, labeling, and ensuring each item meets quality standards. Your efforts will support smooth production flow and uphold the company's commitment to food safety and packaging excellence.

What You'll Do:
As a Packager, you will be responsible for:

• Repacking boxes and bags of products for mixed-case shipments, ensuring correct quantities and packaging integrity.
• Placing cereal bags or boxes into shipping cartons efficiently and accurately.
• Counting and verifying the correct number of units per case to maintain quality standards.
• Stacking boxes and pallets safely and efficiently for transport and warehousing.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout your shift.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:

• The physical ability to lift between 35-50 lbs continuously throughout your shift.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and high-quality work.
• The capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work the overnight shift and additional hours as production demands.
• Reliable teamwork skills and a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative workplace.

Location & Schedule:
