Job Title: Processing Operator (1st Shift)
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Join a reputable producer of granola, cereal, and flakes as a Processing Operator in Eugene, Oregon, and become part of a dedicated team that keeps production running smoothly and safely. This role offers hands-on experience in a growing industry with opportunities for skill development and career growth.
As a Processing Operator, you'll play a vital role in preparing ingredients, operating production equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and safety of the products our customers love.
What You'll Do:
- Move and lift 50 lb bags of ingredients into mixing bins to ensure continuous production.
- Read and follow detailed mixing and production instructions accurately to meet product specifications.
- Mix ingredients precisely to prepare batches for processing, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Bag cereal products as they come off the production line, maintaining efficiency.
- Perform sanitation and cleanup of equipment and work areas after each production run to uphold food safety standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Strong math skills and meticulous attention to detail for accurate ingredient measurement and quality control.
- Basic computer skills for tracking production and labeling.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with consistency.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork and food safety standards.
