Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail and mall environment.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with customer issues, disorderly behavior, and/or medical situations until appropriate resources arrive.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, entrances, corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.; Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual behavior, reporting policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or property concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal supervision.; Complete detailed shift documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and/or daily activity reports, and communicate relevant updates during post transitions.
