We're a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a driven, reliable and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Lead. This is a hands-on role to start, with a clear path to leadership and long-term growth. We want people on the team who like the idea of growing alongside a business, not just working in one!

What This Role Looks Like:

This position will start as:

  • 75% field work / cleaning
  • 25% administrative & leadership support
  • $22-$25 an hour

Responsibilities:

Field & Operations

  • Perform commercial cleaning jobs
  • Lead by example on job sites
  • Ensure quality standards are met consistently
  • Fill in where needed to keep accounts running smoothly
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time during evening shifts

Admin & Leadership

  • Help with scheduling and coverage
  • Communicate with clients as needed
  • Assist with employee onboarding and training
  • Track supplies and job completion
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Growth:

This role is intentionally designed for someone who wants to grow into more responsibilities.

  • Manage supervisors and crews
  • Influence hiring, systems, and processes
  • Increase compensation tied to responsibility and performance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working evenings (4pm–12am)
  • Strong work ethic and leadership potential
  • Willing to start hands-on and grow into management
  • Good communicator with both staff and clients
  • Prior cleaning, facilities, or service business experience is a plus (but not required)
