Jennie Joiner with The Forum Group PNW is working with a well-established local nonprofit serving Eugene and Springfield to fill a part-time or full time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Administrator position. The Bilingual Office Administrator is the first point of contact for guests, volunteers, staff, and families, both in person and by phone. This role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming, and trauma-informed environment while providing key administrative support across the organization. Our client is seeking a professional who is organized, self-directed, and enjoys interacting with people daily. This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate is also interested in helping improve and implement office procedures to support smoother daily operations. This role is based at our Eugene location and will collaborate with administrative staff at our Springfield location. This position can be full time 40 hours a week or part time with a minimum of 30 hours a week offering full benefits under part-time status.
