Driveline Retail Merchandising - - Responsibilities: Train, coach, manage and mentor hourly employees within a given market area; Maintain 95%+ on-time execution rate for all assigned projects; Foster interactive working relationships with retailers and client personnel; Plan and organize staffing to meet client project requirements; Manage district costs such as drivetime, mileage, and overtime
