Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, retailers, and shoppers by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to Allied Universal reporting requirements; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances and/or exits, loading and receiving areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points and observe for suspicious or unusual activity, reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision; Assist with crowd management and customer issues such as disputes, lost property, and after-hours closures, coordinating with management and local responders when needed
