A 12-physician family medicine practice with 4 locations in the Eugene, Oregon suburbs is in search of another Family Medicine physician due to community growth and demand.
About the opportunity
- Most extensive primary care private practice in the county
- Work a 4-day workweek and see 18 to 20 patients per day
- Strictly outpatient practice with clinical support from 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 7 Physician Assistants
- Embedded Behavioral Health and Clinical Pharmacy
- Patient-centered medical home setting
- Base salary + incentive plan ( Shareholders are making between $300,000 and $500,000+ per year )
- 2-year partnership track
- 50K per year for three years for student loan assistance
