Job Description:
The Springs at Greer Gardens is seeking talented individuals to provide 5-star service. We are a community that hosts a resident population eager for quality, presentation, and love of food. Do you have tenacity for bringing your best and showing that through your culinary creations? We would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Adhering to prep guides and recipes
- Assures that meals are consistently served with attractive presentation and punctually
- Prepares meals adhering to all food sanitation policies and procedures
- Prepares meals adhering to all portion control and special dietary guidelines
- Resolves resident food and/or food service complaints graciously and promptly
- Assures food is stored correctly, adhering to all related guidelines
- Assures kitchen is cleaned after meals, including but not limited to pots and pans, all surfaces, and the floor
- Performs all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with line cooking, with an emphasis in fine dining
- Passion for quality service
- Team player
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting at 17.25 / hourly
