Job Description
Job Title: Production Associate - Day | Urgently Hiring
Pay: $22.35/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 2:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a Production Associate for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a local manufacturing company. This is a great chance to join a fast-paced production team and grow your career in a hands-on environment.
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Manually preparing and packaging products
- Performing basic quality control checks, including package counts, dates, weights, and product appearance
- Folding and taping boxes, applying labels, and stacking boxes onto pallets
- Stacking and moving pallets throughout the production area
- Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, tapers, and shrink wrap machines
- Working in varying temperature environments
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up in a fast-paced setting
- The ability to work in varying temperatures
- Steel-toed rubber boots (required)
