Job Title: Hand Packaging Technician - Swing
Pay: $22.35/hr + $0.50 shift differential
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Hand Packaging Technician , you'll be tasked with supporting daily operations by preparing and packaging products efficiently. You will perform basic quality control checks, including verifying package counts, dates, weights, and ensuring product appearance meets standards. Your responsible handling of materials will include folding and taping boxes, applying labels, and stacking them onto pallets. Additionally, you will operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, tapers, and shrink wrap machines to facilitate smooth workflow across varying temperature environments.

What You'll Do:

• Manually prepare, package, and label products accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Fold, tape, and label boxes, then stack and move pallets to designated areas.
• Operate equipment including pallet jacks, carts, tapers, and shrink wrap machines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working quickly in a fast-paced setting.
• Work comfortably in environments with varying temperatures, wearing steel-toed rubber boots (mandatory).

• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
• Basic math skills for measurements and counts.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to adapt to temperature changes and handling physical demands.
• Steel-toed rubber boots are required to ensure safety on the job.
