Willamette Family is looking for someone to fill the role of Family Advocate. Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field: Equivalent is based on the following: CADC I, QMHA qualified with 3 years experience, Associates Degree, with 3 years experience.Currently qualified or able to become qualified as a QMHA with MHACBOKnowledge and experience in working with families using a strength-based approachExperience with electronic health record systems and other technologiesBackground CheckPre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC)Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment.
