Shipping Day Shift Hiring Now in Eugene, OR
Job Title: Shipping Associate
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours:
- Training Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Regular Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Join a well-established food production team as a Shipping Associate, where you'll support daily logistics and help ensure products move efficiently and safely. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations within a team that values reliability, safety, and quality.
What You'll Do:
- Handle daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods.
- Pack cases and build pallets to meet specific order requirements.
- Verify shipments meet quality standards, including food safety protocols.
- Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines to maintain a compliant environment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to promote efficiency and safety.
- Prior warehouse or shipping experience is required.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours on concrete floors.
- Ability to lift occasional loads up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
