Serves as Human Resources Coordinator for the MWMC Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Coordinator will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. Facilitates daily HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, tracking licenses and certifications, responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the HR team, maintain personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and electronic form and ensure all employment requirements are met.
