Elwood Staffing - - Responsibilities: Learn and contribute to the execution of preventive maintenance tasks, including lubricating bearings, changing filters, replacing worn-out parts, and performing regular maintenance checks as per the maintenance schedule.; Assist maintenance personnel in the execution of maintenance work orders to perform minor/major repairs of production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operation.; Participate in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the factory premises by performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing and drywall repairs under the guidance of experienced maintenance personnel.; Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.; Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs to track maintenance activities and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
