Our client, food manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the dairy production line. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Eugene, OR
Pay Range: $22.5
Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 4pm - 4am
What's the Job?
Assist in food manufacturing processes, focusing on quality control and packaging
Monitor production machinery to ensure smooth operation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Sanitize equipment and work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness
Prepare dairy products such as yogurt and cream cheese for shipment in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to work in cold or wet environments as required
Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory
Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
