Description:

This full-time, school-based opportunity in Eugene, OR seeks a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to supporting students across elementary, middle, and high schools. The position involves a contract role with a caseload that varies according to district needs, offering a dynamic and impactful environment for professionals skilled in applied behavior analysis within educational settings.

Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams. The role also involves progress monitoring through data analysis and thorough documentation, alongside collaboration with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participation in relevant meetings to ensure integrated student support.

Qualifications:
