Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance; Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness; Assist with property emergencies and inclement weather events; Maintain work order system ensuring timely completion to company standards; Promote safety and risk management and maintain professional demeanor and appearance
