Post Holdings - - Responsibilities: Use first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures to pick items for work orders to build kits (Warehouse) and/or shipments to customers (DC); Follow allergen policies and procedures and execute processes to ensure control in picking, returning, transportation, or storage of allergen product; Perform daily GMP and food safety audits of assigned work area according to established audit procedures, note discrepancies submit to lead for corrective actions via work order process or another follow-up, as needed; Perform daily powered industrial truck inspections (PIT) according to established policies and procedures; submit issues to warehouse administrator to ensure proper and timely repairs; Safely load customer trucks per established requirements and load kits and ingredients into company trailers according to standards
