A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join their Operations team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct pre- and post-closing QC audits on brokered and non-delegated loan files for accuracy, compliance, and completenessReview loan files against TRID, RESPA, HMDA, and applicable investor and lender guidelinesDocument audit findings clearly and deliver structured feedback while maintaining accurate audit logs and QC tracking reportsRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of mortgage or real estate industry experience with direct exposure to loan processing, underwriting, or quality controlStrong working knowledge of wholesale lender portals and lender guidelinesHands-on experience with a Loan Origination System (LOS); ARIVE experience is a plusSolid understanding of TRID, RESPA, and HMDA compliance fundamentalsMust be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available now or in the future
