Personal Care Attendant

HealthCare Support is seeking a Personal Care Attendant to join a mission driven PACE program in Springfield, Oregon. This role supports older adults in a community based care setting, helping participants maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Compensation

$19.50 – $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support safe transportation, including helping participants on/off vans and accompanying them to appointments
• Observe and report changes in participants' physical or emotional health to the care team
• Collect basic health information such as weight and blood pressure
• Assist with daily activities at the PACE Center
• Provide in?home care up to 25% of the time based on participant care plans
  
  

Qualifications (Required)

• 1+ year of experience working with elderly or frail populations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Food Handler's Card or sanitation certification (at hire or within 30 days)
• Valid Oregon Driver's License
  
  

Interview Process

• Panel interview with 2–3 PACE leaders
• Conducted via Microsoft Teams
