Les Schwab Tire Center - - Responsibilities: Greet customers; discuss customer needs related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues; Provide product and service quotes and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary; Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assist in the administration of Les Schwab credit program; assist with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required; Provide excellent customer service; promote store sales; identify customer wants and needs; refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary; Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
