Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Formulate, fill, and label products according to manufacturing paperwork, SOPs, work instructions, and the production schedule.; Complete production and quality analysis of reagents, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.; Operate and monitor production, processing, and packaging equipment, including balances, labelers, band sealers, Pumps, filtration systems, and other packaging equipment, making necessary adjustments to maintain smooth operations.; Weigh, measure, and check raw materials, using computer interfaces where required, to verify correct materials and quantities for each batch.; Calibrate and operate semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
