Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds; Conduct general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, window/glass repair, and door/lock repair; Perform preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator; Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction; Inspect property grounds and facilities for safety and cleanliness; address issues as needed
